Driving time is approximately 25 minutes. Shuttle transportation is approximately 35 minutes due to the size of the bus and winding nature of the roads.

Shuttle from Hotel Sierra Vista (formerly Springhill Suites) to the Venue

November 8, 2025 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm

We will have transportation to and from Hotel Vista Sierra (formerly Springhill Suites) to the venue. Due to the winding roads, the drive takes ~30 minutes for a shuttle bus. For those of you who choose to stay at this hotel, we will offer a shuttle to and from the venue. There will be two shuttles provided by Delta Limousine that will leave the hotel at 2:30 PM (arrive at the venue at 3:00 PM). There will be one shuttle that leaves the venue at 9 pm (will return to Hotel Vista Sierra at 9:30 pm). There will be an additional two shuttles that leave the venue at 10 pm (return to Hotel Vista Sierra at 10:30 pm).

While we do not have a room block here and there will not be transportation provided from this hotel, it is also located in the town of Auburn, CA and is approximately a 20 minute drive to the venue.
