What is the dress code?

Ladies are invited to wear cocktail or elegant day dresses, and gentlemen should opt for suits or suit jackets paired with dress pants or tailored jeans. While ties and bow ties are optional. Feel free to add a hint of country charm with cowboy boots or hats! To maintain the refined aesthetic of our celebration, we kindly request that guests avoid wearing white, burnt orange dresses, or light tan suit jackets.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue by 4:40 pm. This will give you plenty of time to find your seat, greet other guests, and get comfortable before our wedding ceremony begins at 5:00 pm sharp. To ensure an uninterrupted and intimate celebration, we kindly ask that guests be seated before the ceremony starts.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, convenient parking is available in an open field adjacent to the chapel. Complimentary golf cart service will transport guests to and from the ceremony and reception venue, though the area is also comfortably walkable for those who prefer. The parking area will be well-lit throughout the evening to ensure guest safety and ease of access.

Rain or shine, our celebration will go on! If the forecast calls for rain, we've got you covered—literally. Our venue provides a beautiful indoor/outdoor setting for both the ceremony and reception, ensuring your comfort and enjoyment. We'll also have cozy fire pits in an uncovered outdoor area for guests to mingle.

Our reception will conclude at 10:00 pm, with the venue closing its gates at 11:00 pm. We kindly ask that guests plan to depart around the designated time to help us ensure a seamless and enjoyable evening for everyone.
