Our Story
This story begins in 2020 when everything was shut down, and Eliana's dance studio was looking for a place to hold their annual performance. The show ended up taking place at Connection Church, and Jared was asked to help with the production for the event. This was the first time they met! After the show, Eliana started attending Connection Church's youth group, where Jared attended and served. Over the next year they became good friends, and would spend lots of time talking after service. Eliana eventually joined Jared on the worship and leadership team. One day after worship practice, Jared asked Eliana if she would want to hang out sometime, to which she replied, "...maybe"! They ended up going out, and really enjoyed each other's company. They decided to make the relationship official after quite a few months of talking, and after three years of dating Jared proposed on a river near a beautiful bridge in Frankenmuth, which is where they celebrated their one year dating anniversary!
