What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 2nd. You can expect to receive formal invitations in March.

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at: St John's Western Run Parish, 3738 Butler Rd, Reisterstown, MD 21136 The ceremony will be inside the church and the reception will follow next door in the Parish House.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Invited guests are specified on your invitation. Please do not bring additional guests that are not explicitly invited, as we have limited space at the venue and cannot accommodate extra people.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate little ones. We hope you can take the opportunity to let your hair down and party!

Where should I stay?

Answer

Details for booking a room for our wedding can be found in the "travel" tab of the website. We have a %15 discount at the Residence Inn Hunt Valley, which can be booked at any time! Other nearby areas with hotels include Owings Mills, Cockeysville, and Timonium.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

We encourage you to RSVP online through our website. This process will be clear on the invitation. Please RSVP no later than May 2nd.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Parking is available onsite at the wedding and reception venue. Cars cannot be left overnight due to church services the following morning. There are two handicap accessible parking spots.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes, the church and the Parish Hall are fully accessible. There are two handicap parking spots located directly outside of the Parish Hall and no steps to enter either building.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. The reception will have seating for dinner inside and a covered dance floor just outside of the reception hall. In order to move from the ceremony to the reception building, you will need to walk outside for a short distance.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will have a catered buffet with chicken, beef, and vegan pasta options available. We ask for a meal preference in your RSVP for planning purposes.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar with wine, beer, and soft drinks.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 510 Ponderosa Pine Dr, Whiteland, IN 46184. A wedding card box will be at our reception

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

Our full itinerary is listed on the Events tab. In brief, arrive at the church around 4pm and expect to celebrate with us until about 10pm.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We will have hors d'oeuvres and music available in the parish hall starting after the ceremony. Relax and enjoy the company of all the people we love while we wrap up pictures for 30-45 minutes after the ceremony.

Could you suggest other things for me to do while in Baltimore?

Answer

Check out the "Baltimore" tab on the website for recommendations of places to eat, drink, or visit while you're in town! Baltimore is a very meaningful area for both of us and we'd love for you to experience some of the things we love while you're here.

Can I take photos?

Answer

Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. Our wedding service is a formal church service and we request this to maintain the environment of worship. Feel free to snap whatever pictures you can during the reception and upload them to our shared album with the QR code at the reception.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Feel free to post any pictures of our special day! We will make an official post at some point, but we welcome having memories shared before then! Use our wedding hashtag if posting to social media: #SheWentToJared

How will wedding updates be communicated?

Answer

We do not anticipate any circumstances arising that would cause us to make major changes to the wedding day plans. Should any changes come up, we will email you as well as update this website with the pertinent information.
