Due to the health crisis, invitations are going out very late. We ask that you please RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation. If you need to change your RSVP due to health concerns at any point, we completely understand.
We want everyone to feel pampered and elegant, but not black tie formal. Dress to impress for a night on the town...in Texas...in June.
If your invitation says “and guest,” then yes please bring a date. If your invitation lists only you, we would prefer only your company.
We love kids. We both work with kids. All the time. We would like our wedding to be a break from children for us and for our guests.
There is a large free parking lot at the ceremony site. The reception is in the Dallas Arts District. There are many parking options available for a variety of price points. The cheapest we know of is a surface lot at Arts One Plaza for $8. It is a very short walk to the venue. Garage parking adjacent to the venue is $12-$20 depending on time and particular garage.
There are a number of great hotels near the Arts District. Hall Arts Hotel is brand new and adjacent to the Reception venue. They are currently offering great rates, especially if you are a medical professional or first responder (currently $109 for a room that is normally $240). Dallas Marriott Downtown is a .3 mile walk to the Reception venue.
In the event of rain, there is a back-up indoor space at the reception venue that we will be allowed to use.
