What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM. We would recommend arrive 20-30 minutes prior. It is a ~25min drive from New Buffalo to the venue.

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:00pm. There will be an earlier shuttle offered. Check the Shuttle Schedule tab for further details.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

A shuttle service will be offered from New Buffalo, Michigan to the venue. If you choose to forgo the shuttle it is highly recommended that you find a designated driver as uber services are restricted at the venue. There is ample private parking at the venue.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outside in the vineyard, so you will be walking through grass. The wedding reception is in the estate tent.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is Garden Party Formal. Ladies, think light and airy dresses in soft summery pastels, vibrant colors, and floral patterns. The venue is outside in a vineyard so you may be walking through grass, so think twice about those stilettos! Gentlemen, think suits/coats with tie optional. Still unsure about the dress code? Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We do not have room blocks but recommend a number of hotels here in the New Buffalo area. There are also great Airbnb/VRBO house rentals we recommend checking out! For more details check out the Travel tab.

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?

Answer

New Buffalo has a charming selection of restaurants to explore, most of which are located on the same street! Some places to check out include: The Straydog Bar & Grill, Beer Church Brewing Co, and PostBoy.
