Where do I park?

Answer

Please park at Nottingham Firehouse! Ceremony will take place right across the street!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail/semi-formal attire. For the ladies think (midi/mini-length, floor length dresses) For the guys please refrain from wearing any ties. Please DO NOT wear shades of WHITE and TAN. Please keep in mind the ceremony will be held outside.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us! You may also share the photos on social media!

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only event! Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you...get ready to party!!

Will there be room blocks for hotels?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be doing room blocks. There is a hotel that will be listed directly across the street from where the reception will be held.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Please note that transportation will NOT be provided to or from the venues. Guests are kindly asked to arrange their own travel. We recommend coordinating with friends, family, and or uber/lift etc.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 14th 2026 NO LATER. This will help us finalize important details like, seating, catering, and accommodations so everything is perfect for your arrival. Please do not wait until the last minute, if you and your parties RSVP is not in by the date given, we will take it as you are not coming! Thank you for understanding.

What should guests do between ceremony & reception?

Answer

Due to the timeframe we had to choose there is a significant amount of time between the ceremony and reception. Guests are welcomed to explore around Hamilton or return to wherever guests are staying. Guests are encouraged to attend cocktail hour at 4:45pm
