We ask that guests are comfortably seated by 3:55pm. The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Cocktail hour is expected to begin directly following the wedding at 4:30pm. The ceremony will be on the 8th floor.
Invite only! All invited guests will be listed on the wedding website when you RSVP. If your RSVP is addressed to you & "Plus one" you are welcome to bring a guest. Otherwise, we ask that you please attend unaccompanied as guest count is limited.
While we love little ones, we ask that only kids specified on the RSVP attend.

There will be free parking in the hotel garage. There is also street parking near the hotel. However, please plan to arrive early as it will be the weekend & downtown. Street & garage parking tends to fill up quickly as the afternoon approaches.
The ceremony & reception will be indoor. The cocktail hour & bar will be near or on the rooftop patio. If weather permits, please bring a jacket.
Yes! 1 (one) signature alcohol beverage is on us! All adult guests will be given a token upon wedding entry. This token allows each guest to redeem the couple's signature alcohol beverage after the ceremony. Once guest have used their token, the bar will be a cash bar. Meaning any additional alcohol beverages can be purchased by guest at the bar. Due to hotel policies, you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol beverages. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available with dinner!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). We ask that all guest are fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. We promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos & videos as you like. Lastly, please wait for the couple to post [wedding photos/videos] on social media before you post!
