Start the party early! The bell boys will hold your bags until you check in. We recommend packing your swim suite, cover up, and sandals in your carry on. You will be able to change in the lobby restroom. Head to Cocotal for breakfast or LA ISLA for lunch, then hang out at the pool until you are ready to check in. 1. Make a dinner reservation for the night of your arrival (Saturday, July 18). The front desk will give you a list of available restaurants. Please do not choose Chef Market, as we will be eating there for the group dinner. Dinner reservations are required. Breakfast & lunch does not require a reservation. 2. Go to the Lomas table and make your check out accommodations. You will reserve a time for a shuttle to pick you up from your room the day of your departure.
You have free time during the day until you need to get ready for the Ceremony. Please be at the Ceremony location, no later than 4:45 PM. We will provide a map of the resort. Ceremony Location: Muelle Pier S14 on the map
Nope! The resort provides a shuttle service to take you where you need to go. To use the shuttle service, you will need to wait at the nearest shuttle stop. Shuttle pick up may take up to 20 mins. Please keep this in mind on the Wedding day, as we require everyone to be at the Ceremony location, no later than 4:45 PM.
First row is reserved for parents and grandparents.
Please limit your usage to a few seconds at a time. We have hired a photographer to capture our ceremony and we would love to see your faces. Please be mindful of the photographer’s angles during the ceremony.
Please eat breakfast before shuttle pick up. We recommend eating at Cocotal, as it is closest to the pickup location. It is located on ground level of the main lobby at El Dorado Royale. Please grab a towel from the main pool (La Isla). Jet skiing, Parasailing, & ATVs are available. You will need to make a reservation with Lomas. Please do this the day before. The resort maintains a casual elegant dress code. This is primarily for dinner. No T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, Bermudas, tennis shoes or sandals may be worn in-air conditioned restaurants. You CAN wear your swim fits to Cocotal and La Isla for breakfast and lunch.
We recommend bringing extra cash for tips.
