Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM, and we kindly ask guests to arrive by 1:30 PM to allow ample time for parking and seating. This will be a full Catholic Mass and is expected to last approximately one hour. Following the ceremony, we will have about 30 minutes for photographs inside the church before the next scheduled Mass at 3:00 PM.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be providing transportation to or from the ceremony. We kindly ask that guests arrange their own transportation. For details on parking at the ceremony venue, please refer to the Schedule tab on our website.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

For our special day, we decided to keep our wedding adults only so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you take this as a chance for a special date night!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We kindly request that all guests RSVP by 10/1/2025 so we can provide accurate counts to our vendors and finalize our arrangements. Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting)

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress for your convenience the link is found in the travel tab. Guests are welcome to book accommodations there to stay close to the festivities. Alternatively, there are several other hotels in the area should you prefer different lodging options.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see the day through your eyes but during the ceremony, we kindly ask that you keep your phones tucked away so we can see all your lovely faces (and so our photographers can capture the magic without any screens in the way). After that? Capture all the joy to your heart’s content!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it anymore?

Answer

While you will certainly be missed, we understand that plans can change. If you’ve already RSVP’d and are no longer able to attend, please update your response on the website by 10/1/2025. Alternatively, feel free to contact us directly so we can make the necessary adjustments and extend the opportunity to someone else.
