Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be taking place indoors.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We ask that everyone be in their seats by 4:45 CST.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that this celebration be an adult-only affair. We hope you can enjoy a night of fun and festivities, and we appreciate your understanding.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, you’re welcome to bring a guest. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us for clarification. We can’t wait to see you!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Of course! Please be sure to list any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

We ask that guests dress in cocktail attire for our celebration.

What should we do in between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

There is a bar attached to the Itasca Country Club called Fox and Turtle. Feel free to hang there before cocktail hour starts at 6PM!

How do I get to the wedding venue if I am staying at the hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service running from 4:00pm - 4:40pm to take people from the Westin to the Itasca Country Club. *LAST SHUTTLE LEAVES THE WESTIN AT 4:40*

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Absolutely! The Itasca Country Club has ample parking directly in front of the main entrance.

Are there options for transportation back to the hotel?

Answer

There will be shuttles from the Itasca Country Club back to the Westin starting at 11:15pm - 12:00am.
