What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:30 pm sharp at the Mountain View Terrace on the Omni Grove Park Inn property!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dress code is Black Tie. We prefer formal gowns and tuxedos but understand that this may be difficult for some travelers. Formal suits and dresses are welcome too.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have several room blocks in the Asheville area! See the travel tab. There are also plenty of additional lodging options and Airbnb/VRBO rentals in the area as well!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony, reception and after party are all located at the Omni Grove Park Inn! No need to travel or drive! The ceremony and reception are being held in different locations on the property. Guests can choose to walk to the reception or there will also be a shuttle to provide short transport down the hill to the Seely Pavillion. If you are not staying at the omni there is parking available as well as an abundance of ubers and lyfts you can call.
