Maid of Honor
My ride or die through thick and thin, Heather has seen me at my absolute worst and somehow still picks up the phone. She's been my rock through every rough patch and always has my back -- which is why I am choosing to forgive her for the audacity of moving several hundred miles away. Rude, honestly. But I guess I'll keep her anyway because finding friends who tolerate your nonsense this well is basically impossible.
Man of Honor
Thanks to Heather Eric, and I met... and let's be real, it wasn't love at first sight. I'm fairly sure he couldn't stand me initially! But like a persistent fungus, I grew on him! Now he is one of my best friends. He has been there for me through absolute rock bottom moments, literally holding my hand and wiping my tears. He has helped build me up more times than I can count. An amazing human who went from "who IS this person?" to " I guess I'm standing up at her wedding now."
Bridesmaid
Our first impression? Let's just say Taylor was not immediately charmed by my loud, unfiltered, " I say what I want" energy. Shocking, I know. But somewhere between my chaos and her patience, we figured out we actually vibe. Now we have built this amazing friendship full of laughs, fun, and genuine love. Turns out I'm way less insufferable once you get past the initial hurricane.
Bridesmaid
Laura also met me and thought " wow, she's.... a LOT." And fair- I was loud, opinionated, and had zero filter, but as we spent more time together, she realized I wasn't completely terrible. We have such a fun, genuine friendship that I love so much. She went from side-eyeing my antics to actively participating in them. Really, what more could you ask for in a friend?
Best Woman
My sister has literally known me since birth -- she had no choice in the matter. She has stuck with me through everything, knows all my secrets (and I know hers, so it's mutually assured destruction at this point). She is always there for me, supportive, amazing, and honestly deserves a metal for putting up with me for this long. Blood may be thicker than water, but our bond is thicker than both, mostly because of all the dirt we have on each other.
Groomsman
Jared has known me for a very long time. He has never once judged me or thrown me to the side-- which, given some of my life choices, is truly impressive. He has been a rock when I needed it, even if he didn't know it. The kind of friend who just shows up, no questions asked, no judgment given. That's why I am grateful every day that he's in my corner.
Groomsman
I met Marc through darts -- because my beautiful bride-to-be knows literally everyone, and whoever she doesn't know, she will meet within five minutes. We played together in a tournament in Kalispell, and that trip changed everything. He went from " Dart guy" to a true friend I can go to with problems or just grab a drink with and shoot the shit. Turns out throwing pointed objects at a board together really bonds people.
Groomsman
Kenny is my boss. Like, literally -- I work for him. He may drive me absolutely crazy sometimes, but I've learned so much from him. I know without a doubt that he has my back. He's helped me through some genuinely hard times, which is way above the job description. So yeah, he's not just my boss -- He's someone I am honored to have standing up here with me.
Groomsman
I met George because he married Jannine's best friend, Heather. This man is a legend. He shows me what it really looks like to treat your wife right - how to love someone who is loud, crazy, and says exactly what they want ( Sound familiar?). He is patient, supportive, and genuinely amazing. When I grow up, I want to be like George. He's basically my relationship role model, and I am lucky to call him a friend.
Officiant
Steve was literally there the day we met. His first words to us were, " Jannine, don't break my cook." I know, so romantic! He knows us both and has watched our relationship unfold from swipe right for fun to fall in love. Who better to marry us than this guy? Do you think he saw this coming?
Flower Girl
Heather's daughter is an absolute mini-me! She is spunky, fun, and basically Heather (without the curse words). She may totally steal the show, and we are okay with that.
Ring Bearer
Ty's nephew and one of his favorite people in the world. Ty loves Everett so much, and it is so fun to watch them banter back and forth. We couldn't imagine this day without him there. He will be in charge of ring security! Don't mess with this kid!
