Please RSVP by June 1st, 2025
Yes! Here on our website through Zola!
Please plan to arrive at least 20-30 minutes early! It might take a minute to find parking and get settled in. The area is gorgeous, so arriving early gives you a chance to snap some photos and pretend you’re on a scenic vacation. If you're staying overnight, arriving at check-in will give you time to drop off your stuff, freshen up, and maybe even practice your best dance moves before the wedding starts!
Please take the necessary steps to avoid altitude sickness: 1. Stay super hydrated! 2. Ascend slowly and take it easy! 3. Eat light, healthy meals and avoid alcohol. 4. Take breaks to rest and acclimate—no shame in catching your breath and pretending you're just "enjoying the view."
We’re aiming for a semi-formal yet comfortable vibe to help everyone stay cool and have fun! Gentlemen: Please skip the sandals and open-toed shoes. Jeans paired with a button-up shirt or a nice polo will keep you stylish and cool. Ladies: Feel free to rock a chic cocktail dress, sundress, or something similar—perfect for the occasion! Remember, the goal is to look great and stay comfortable! And don’t forget your dancing shoes—we’ll have rooms and vehicles nearby if you need to swap them after the ceremony. Cowboy hats and boots are welcome, just remember to remove your hat during the ceremony. It’s a country western wedding, so embrace the theme and get ready to celebrate! Yeehaw!
If your invitation includes a +1, feel free to bring a date! Please let us know by June 1st if you'll be bringing someone. If you don't have a +1, don’t worry—there will be plenty of familiar faces at the event. If there's someone special you'd like to bring, just reach out to Cheyanne to discuss it!
If your child is listed on the RSVP page, they’re welcome to join us!
Beaver Meadows is providing all lodging! If you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, there are plenty of camping spots available by reservation, where you can use a tent or RV/camper. Check out the website for more details and to make a reservation! It is a popular time of year for the resort, so make sure you book WAY ahead!
Yes! Parking and lodging are all conveniently located near the ceremony and reception sites. If you're wearing high heels, you should be good to go, you can grab your dancing shoes at any point!
There isn’t a shuttle service, but most lodging is nearby. If you're camping or staying in a cabin, or outside the resort, you'll need your vehicle to get to and from the site. It's not far, but far enough to where you do not want to walk!
The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be a fun indoor/outdoor hybrid! Since it's summertime, feel free to bring mini fans and hats to stay cool and shaded.
Yes!
Yes, both the ceremony and reception are wheelchair accessible. Venue staff will be available to assist, so don’t hesitate to ask for help if you need it!
As the bride, I’d prefer if you could refrain from wearing a white dress—unless you’re planning to marry him instead. In that case, I’ll just send you the bill! JK - please wear literally ANY other color.
We’ll wait for instructions from the wedding coordinator, but most likely we’ll just hang around for about 30 minutes. Definitely bring something to keep you warm—Colorado weather can be unpredictable.
Yes, we will have some at our "Welcome Table," so feel free to use some if needed!
