We met as classmates in our middle school band. Not surprising, Josue, "Josh", or whatever his real name is, played the percussion and I played the trumpet. We dated for all of 2 hours, 2 days, or 2 months we can't remember! We know it wasn't a big deal to "Josh" but I have always thought he was such a sweet and caring guy. Years passed, we both had kids of our own and relationships that didn't serve us over time. But we kept in touch over the years by commenting on each other's social media posts or quick chats in the DMs. But one day, an Instagram post that "Josh" made changed our future. I decided to poke fun at his post, we chatted about life and ended up deciding to meet up for dessert and a drink to celebrate our milestones and achievements. That meet up at Whiskey Cake is where we realized that we wanted to see where things could go with hanging out and getting to know each other. We've been laughing, loving and growing together ever since!
