Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, so please plan accordingly for the summer weather — August can be warm! Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, and then we’ll head inside for the reception, dinner, and dancing.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we kindly ask our guests to join us in dressing in black tie optional/formal attire. This means suits and ties, long dresses, or your sharpest cocktail look - think polished and elegant! We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Are children welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put phones and cameras away during our ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment (don’t worry — we’ve got a great photographer and videographer on it!). Once the ceremony ends, feel free to snap away and capture all the fun!

Can I bring a guest?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted by name on your invite. Thank you for understanding — we can’t wait to share this special day with you!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is parking available on site for those who choose to drive. For guests staying at the hotel, a shuttle will be provided to take you to the venue and back at the end of the night. We want everyone to celebrate safely and stress-free!

Is there a going to be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to pick up guests staying at the Towneplace and Schoenbrunn hotels and take them to the ceremony/reception location and back at the end of the night. The shuttle will also be available to take guests to Janna and Joseph's airbnb for the after party following the reception. A shuttle timeline will be provided closer to the wedding date.
