Our ceremony and reception will be at Stone House of St. Charles at 4401 McClay Rd, St Charles, MO 63304.
Please arrive by 4:30 so you can find your seat prior to the 5:00 ceremony. Immediately following the ceremony, we’ll have a cocktail hour in the courtyard, weather permitting. Be sure to bring a jacket! Then we’ll head back inside to party the rest of the night away. (They’ll kick us out at 11:00pm.)
Stone House has a ton of parking, including handicap-accessible spaces. Golf cart rides are offered for guests parked in the lower lot. Cars may be left on the property overnight but must be picked up by noon the next day.
Yes! We invite you to RSVP on our website under the RSVP tab. Be sure to RSVP by February 1, 2026.
If we don’t receive your RSVP by February 1, 2026, we will consider you a “no”. We have to provide our venue and vendors an accurate headcount in a timely manner so this is a hard deadline. Thank you for understanding.

As we exchange vows, we'd love for you to be fully present with us. Please join us in an unplugged ceremony where phones and cameras are put away so you can be fully in the moment. We’ll leave the photography to the professionals.
Yes, we hope you will, but please don’t share them on social media until we’ve had a chance to post some ourselves. We would love it if you could scan the QR code on your guest table at the reception and very easily post your photos and videos to our GuestCam album. We can’t wait to see our day through your lens!
Stone House is within 10 miles of more than 40 hotels. Some of the most popular: Embassy Suites at the St. Charles Convention Center, Drury Plaza, and Tru by Hilton St. Charles.
