If you are able to submit your RSVPs as soon as you receive them, that would be so very helpful! We ask that you submit your RSVPs no later than April 24th, to give us plenty of time to finalize numbers with the venue and vendors!

We will be providing school busses as the method of transportation for those who do not have a car or wish not to drive to and from the hotel to the ceremony and reception. Busses will be picking up at the Del Monte hotel prior to the ceremony, bring guests back to the hotel following the ceremony. Busses will then bring guests to and from the reception at Shadow Lake! If you have any questions/concerns please reach out!
Yes. We have rooms blocked off at Del Monte Hotel. The blocks can be accessed under the travel tab.
Unfortunately, due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to invite children of close family to our wedding. We hope you'll understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.
The wedding ceremony will take place at St. Joseph's Church in Penfield NY and will begin promptly at 2pm. We will have transportation to and from the Del Monte for those guests staying at the hotel and will ensure arrival prior to the ceremony. For those driving, there is plenty of parking within the parking lot, so no need to be concerned with that!
There is ample free parking at both the church ceremony and the reception.
While there is no scheduled after party following the reception, we would love to continue the celebration at a local bar decided by the bride and groom and wedding party. There will be a morning after breakfast hosted from 8:30-10:30am at the Terrance Room at the Del Monte Hotel and Spa.
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
