Our story began in 2018 at Douglas County High School. We officially started dating on February 14, 2019, when Leon walked into Janiya’s first period class to make things official. What many thought was just puppy love quickly became something deeply rooted and everlasting. Through every season- from covid, graduating high school, college, discovering our careers, navigating grief, and growing into the adults we are today- we’ve continued to love every version of one another while keeping God at the center of it all.
