Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

We are planning for our ceremony and cocktail hour to be outdoors, so please prepare accordingly. In the case of inclement weather, we will be moved to an indoor or covered location. The reception will take place indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. This is a step-below cocktail attire when it comes to formality. For women, this could look like a sundress, a nice jumpsuit, or a skirt and blouse. For men, slacks or chinos with a button-down shirt or a polo will work well. No need for a tie or jacket unless you'd like to wear one!

When should I arrive?

Please arrive to the venue by 5:00pm to allow time for parking and getting to the ceremony location. The ceremony will begin promptly by 5:30pm.

Where should I park?

Answer

Guests should park in parking lot A. There is another event going on that will need the other lots.

Can cars be left overnight?

Answer

Yes, overnight parking is allowed! We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the following morning.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired our lovely photographer Bailee to capture our special day. We would love for our guests to be present in the moment and let her handle the picture-taking.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation.

When is dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be served at 8pm. There will be passed appetizers available during cocktail hour, but please plan accordingly for a later dinner.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We will be making our exit at 11pm and vendors will begin breaking down at that time.
