Randal is originally from Hagarville in the River Valley in Arkansas. He grew up in his parents working farm. From a little kid he had farm chores that included culling chicks in their chicken houses. He went to school at Arkansas Tech University and studied Hospitality. He currently lives in Bentonville, AR and has worked as an analyst for various companies that sell their products to Walmart. He was previously married and has a teenage daughter, Sofia. Janine is originally from El Salvador. Her family moved to the US when she was 13 years old. She’s lived in Houston, TX for 23 years so she also feels like an honorary Texan. She went to school at University of Houston and studied Architecture. She currently lives in Houston and works in the Architecture field.

Randal and Janine’s love story is one of second chances. They met during a family reunion. However, since Randal was married at the time their relationship was not a romantic one. Some years after meeting and after Randal’s divorce, they started talking again when Janine reached out to Randal to ask for updates on his daughter’s surgery. Randal did a great job in sending regular updates and thankfully the surgery went very well. After that, a friendship developed and they connected over their love for memes and similar outlooks in life. They are excited to begin their new life together, along with Sofia and their two dogs Chamby and Lula.
