What if we haven't booked rooms yet?

Answer

All good! You can book rooms in our room block by Oct 18 (see "Travel" tab). After Oct 18, you can still book, however, availability and price are no longer guaranteed at that point.

How do I book travel? When is the room block? Any other travel issues...

All travel info is in the Travel tab. The room block is Jan 25-31, however, our agent can also help with other dates. It is required to book through our agent to receive a room in the block. Are food and drinks included?

Answer

Yes! This is an all-inclusive resort, and these are included in the price of the room. Some activities and special exceptions may require payment.

Is transportation from the airport to and from the hotel included?

Yes! If you book through our travel agent and our room block.

Tips on What to Bring?

Answer

(1) Sunscreen!! The sun burns easily in Mexico, don't forget to pack it, and don't forget to wear it! Reapply at least every 2 hours :). (2) A sun hat could do you well, especially for the ceremony which will be on the beach (no shade available). (3) Consider your footwear. The entire wedding day will be spent on the beach. There will be a dance floor on the beach! So barefoot or light shoes can work. (4) A good spirit, ready to relax, have fun, laugh, and dance.

Can I use my Hyatt points?

Unfortunately, Hyatt points can only be used directly via Hyatt, and not via the room block. Please reach out directly if you have any questions.
