The City Market is a historic stretch in downtown Charleston that’s been around since the 1700s. It’s a bustling spot with vendors selling everything from local crafts to unique souvenirs.

We toured the Edmondston-Alston House and learned about the history of these beautiful homes and the stories of the people, both owners and enslaved, who shaped them and the city. There are many others to explore in the area too!
Shem Creek Boardwalk
Shem Creek is a lively waterfront spot in Mount Pleasant, right across the bridge from Charleston. It’s full of shrimp boats, bars, and restaurants with great dockside views. If you can stay a little longer, definitely check it out at sunset!
