What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

5:20 PM! Please plan to arrive to the venue by 5:10 at the latest

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing transportation to and from the Venue with pick up and drop off at the Westin Downtown. We highly encourage using this transportation if you plan to use a ride share like Uber as it can be very difficult to get a ride share from the venue back to Austin. Just catch a ride downtown if you aren't staying at the Westin! Please indicate if you plan to take advantage of this transportaion on your RSVP. Please meet in the hotel lobby at 4:15 for bus pick up in taking the provided transportation

What if I don’t want to stay at the Westin?

Answer

There are lots of great hotels as well as short term rentals (such as Airbnb or VRBO) in Austin. Please stay where you feel is best!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adult only event. We would love to give you a parents night out and dance the night away with friends and family!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP!

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is Garden Cocktail! The ceremony will be outside on grass and the reception will be inside, plan your outfits accordingly!

Please RSVP as soon as you know you can or cannot attend!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No photos during the ceremony please! Please plan to put your phones away to be present with us during the ceremony. We have a great team of photographers to capture the ceremony! Please feel free to take any fun photos and videos you'd like after the ceremony is over!
