How to I get to the venue on wedding day?

Answer

There is NO PARKING AT THE VENUE for guests. We ask that all guests please utilize the free shuttle service we provide. Please see the "Wedding Day Transportation" section under the "Hotels, Travel & Transportation" tab for more details. Salida does not offer Uber/Lyft or other ride share services. We highly recommend staying close to one of the shuttle pickup locations we have listed in the "Travel & Transportation" page.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We encourage you to RSVP as soon as you know if you will be able to make it! We hope you can can celebrate with us, please note that we will need to submit our final headcount by DATE. If you do not RSVP by DATE, you will be marked as "not attending".

Can my kids come?

Answer

While we love your little ones, the wedding weekend events are going to be adults-only (21+). We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for your to dress up with us! Please wear cocktail/semi-formal attire. No jeans please. The ceremony will be held outside on grass, so choose your shoes wisely (block heels and wedges are great, but maybe leave the stilettos at home)! Sunscreen and sunglasses are encouraged as well. Once the sun sets it might get chilly so consider bringing a jacket for the evening.

Can I bring a date?

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name with your RSVP through the website.

What's for dinner?

Answer

Cocktail hour will feature an assortment of passed hors d'oeuvres and grazing boards. Dinner will be buffet style and feature fresh selections grilled on site at the barn. Please indicate your preferred protein with your RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Heck yes. Please remember Salida is over 7,000 feet above sea level.. so maybe sip on a water or two in between drinks!
