We got married on October 3rd, 2020 without a reception. Now, with 2020 behind us, we cannot wait to celebrate our marriage with you all in December 2021!

We technically met on Janie's first day of college at the University of Notre Dame in the fall of 2012. Nate was a sophomore and we were placed in the same Spanish class, which Janie later dropped (sorry Mom & Dad!). Then... nothing really happened. Fast forward to the spring of 2015 when we reconnected via Facebook message because Janie asked Nate for advice on MCAT prep. Nate had recently been accepted to medical school so he must know a thing or two, right? By March of 2015, two months before Nate would graduate and move to a different state for four years, we were inseparable. Two different medical schools, one residency (so far) & a few cities later, we consider ourselves varsity members of the long distance relationship team. We love every minute we get to spend together. <3 ***2021 UPDATE: Janie matched in Omaha, our long distance marriage is over!***
