Question

Where will guests stay?

Answer

You are invited to stay ON SITE at Sugar Hollow! Accommodations can be viewed under the travel section. It is a group of 6 cabins throughout the mountain. Brett and I assigned rooms to each guest/couple.

Question

How do I book my room?

Answer

You will receive a link to our lodging site with a room name with your wedding invitation. You will use the link provided, input the dates (10/02-10/05), and use your room name to book the assigned room. It is a 3 night minimum stay when you book!

What if we can't come all 4 days?

Answer

We understand Thursday-Sunday isn't feasible for everyone. No worries, your room will be booked and ready for you whenever you do arrive! It is a 3 night minimum stay so it will not change your price. If you did not RSVP for Thursday night, we took that into consideration when assigning rooms (in terms of cost).

How much do rooms cost?

Answer

The cost of rooms will vary a little bit. It depends on the cabin and the room you get/are assigned to. If you need more details, please reach out to me or Brett.

Who am I sharing a cabin with?

Answer

Brett and I thoughtfully assigned the rooms within each cabin. The idea is family style so there will be some mixing and matching between our families and friends but everyone is rooming with someone they know. If you have any concerns, please reach out!

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Although we would love to host every member of the family, with our guests staying on site, we simply don't have room to host the kiddos as well. We will miss them! We hope parents are able to come and enjoy a weekend away in the mountains :) *babies under one are an exception*

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire for the rehearsal dinner and wedding but lean more formal for the wedding. Fall colors encouraged! For men, suits preferred. For women, floor or ankle length dresses.
