Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have transportation provided to and from the Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn, and Holiday Inn Express for the ceremony and reception. See below for shuttle schedule: Shuttle #1 2:45 PM - Pickup at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Leesburg 3:00 PM - Pickup at Hampton Inn & Suites Leesburg Shuttle #2 3:00 PM - Pickup at Homewood Suites by Hilton Leesburg At the end of the wedding, the shuttles will depart the Oak Barn at 10pm. They will first stop at the after party location (Spanky's) before dropping off remaining passengers at all three hotels.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you will not be arriving on the wedding shuttles, please make sure to arrive at the ceremony by 3:30pm. The address for the venue is 14572 Loyalty Rd, Leesburg, VA 20176. This address will lead you to the end of the driveway - you'll see a sign that says Oak Barn and you should turn right up that driveway. When you start to get closer to the barn the road will split and you should take the road to the left, closer to the barn, and follow it to a gravel parking lot in the back.

Yes, there is parking available at the Oak Barn at Loyalty for those who prefer to drive.

Welcome Drinks: Smart casual attire. Wedding and Reception: Cocktail attire.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors. Please dress accordingly.
