Over-The-Rhine
OTR is a charming neighborhood near downtown Cincinnati with great restaurants, bars, and shopping. Favorite brunch spots: Taste of Belgium and The Eagle. Favorite restaurants: Pepp & Dolores, Alcove by MadTree, and Five Kitchen & Bar. Favorite coffee shop: Coffee Emporium. Anything on Vine Street is a great option!
Findlay Market
Located in OTR, Findlay Market is Ohio’s oldest continuously operated public market. It’s a perfect spot to walk around, grab lunch, and pick up fun souvenirs.
The Banks
Located between the Reds and Bengals stadiums, The Banks is a fun area with restaurants and bars. Nearby is Riverfront Park where you can walk along the river or stop at Moerlein Lager House for food and drinks.
Rhinegeist Brewery
One of our favorite breweries, Rhinegeist is located in a huge historic warehouse in OTR. It has one of the best rooftops in the city!
Skyline Chili
A true Cincinnati staple and must-try for visitors! Skyline is famous for its spiced Cincinnati-style chili, served over spaghetti or on hot dogs. Trust us... it's great. Collin’s order: 3 cheese coneys with onions and mustard Janie’s order: Regular 3-way (spaghetti topped with chili and lots of shredded cheese)
Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden
Located close to downtown Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Zoo is one of the oldest zoos in the country and a fun daytime activity.
Covington
If you’re feeling adventurous and want to head over to the Kentucky side, Covington is a great place to explore. Stop by Braxton Brewing or Covington Yard, an outdoor food hall with drinks and food vendors.
