A Syro-Malabar Catholic wedding ceremony begins with a grand procession to the church and the Holy Qurbana (Mass), which includes rich rituals like the blessing of rings, exchange of vows, blessing of the manthrakodi (sari gifted to the bride by the groom) and the tying of the thali (minnu) by the groom.

Traditional Indian attire typically includes sarees or lehengas for women and sherwanis or kurta pajamas for men. Formal Western attire generally means a cocktail dress or evening gown for women and a suit or tuxedo for men. Whatever you choose to wear, please remember to bring comfortable shoes you can dance in!
Texas can be quite unpredictable. Typically, Dallas weather in late November is usually pleasant! You can expect comfortable days in the low 70s (around 21°C), but pack a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings, which can dip down to the mid 40s (around 7°C). There's a chance of rain, but it typically doesn't rain much during this time.
We would love to accommodate everyone, but due to limited space, only those specifically mentioned in your invitation are invited.
We're so excited to celebrate with you, and to finalize some important details for our wedding day, we kindly ask that you RSVP by September 1st, 2024 (that's soon!). Knowing your attendance as soon as possible helps us with things like finalizing guest count for catering, seating arrangements, and more.
