When and where is the wedding?

Answer

We’re getting married on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the beautiful Pocatello Castle House. 9504 Nottingham Lane, Pocatello, ID 83201 Please join us for guest arrival and pre-ceremony mingling starting at 2:00 PM. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM, with the reception to follow—all at the same location. The celebration will continue until 9:00 PM.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Think elegant and elevated! This is a special occasion, and we’d love for you to dress the part! Tuxedos and evening gowns are encouraged for those who love dressing to the nines. A suit and tie or a cocktail-length or floor-length dress are also perfectly appropriate. Whether you go classic or a little more relaxed, we just want you to feel confident, comfortable, and ready to celebrate in style.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our celebration will include both indoor and outdoor spaces. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside in the courtyard. Following the ceremony, the reception will move indoors to the ballroom, where we’ll dine, toast, and dance the night away. We’ll have signs and friendly faces to help guide you throughout the day!

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones and they’re absolutely welcome to join us on our special day. That said, this will be an adult-focused celebration with alcohol, music, and dancing. We kindly ask that parents keep a close eye on their children throughout the evening to ensure their safety and comfort. Thank you for your understanding. We can’t wait to celebrate with the whole family!

Is there parking available at the venue?

There is limited parking at the venue, so we kindly ask guests to park at the designated area. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and pickup. Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly!

What's for dinner?

Answer

We’ve got a delicious evening planned! Pre-ceremony snacks and drinks will be available when you arrive and during cocktail hour to keep you refreshed. Dinner will be served around 6:00 PM, catered by the Smokin' Buds Barbecue. Get ready for some mouthwatering BBQ favorites! Beer and wine will be provided by Jim Dandy Brewing, a local favorite we’re excited to share with you. Come hungry and ready to enjoy good food, good drinks, and great company!
