Of course! If they are not already included on the invite you can assume they are welcome
If your invite included " and guest" YES! We want everyone to feel comfortable and to bring there significant other or date. Whatever makes you happy. If it does not include "and guest" we prefer you to just bring yourself and family that is included on the invite.
