Where should I park?
Answer
Our venue and hotel are both located in the IDS Center and utilize the IDS Center Lot 167, which is an indoor parking ramp underneath the Marquette Hotel. The ramp entrance is easy to miss, so please plug in 716 South Marquette Ave into your GPS app. It is situated on South Marquette Avenue between South 7th and 8th streets and you'll enter on the lefthand side of the garage. If this lot is full there are numerous other parking ramps nearby. If you are a guest of the hotel, valet car service is available.

How do I find Windows on Marquette?
Answer
Logistics in downtown Minneapolis can be time consuming - please plan accordingly and arrive no later than 3:45pm. All guests will walk through the indoor Crystal Court Atrium at IDS, which is an 8 story, tree lined atrium. The IDS Center entrance off the Crystal Court often has a guard stationed at the tower entrance to help guests navigate their way. Guests proceed to the IDS Center elevators to take their 50 floor elevator ride all the way up to Windows on Marquette!

What should I wear?
Answer
The wedding is fully indoors and cocktail attire. Make sure you have your dancing shoes on! For men Cocktail Attire can be a suit and tie or slacks and a button up collared shirt. Sport coats welcome but not required. The groom will be wearing a tuxedo and bow tie. For women, a cocktail type dress or "little black dress" is appropriate. If you're not into dresses, dress pants are great! We don't care what color you wear! The wedding party will be in black full length dresses.

What if I have dietary requirements or allergies?
Answer
The food will all be in stations and there will be a large variety of options. Please call or text Janet at 608-385-2630 if you have a severe food allergy or other questions or concerns.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 3:45 during the Groom's Welcome Reception. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:15pm and as it is a concert, once it starts, guests may not be admitted. It takes time to park and get up to the venue as it is on the 50th floor.

Did the venue name change?
Answer
Yes! Windows on Minnesota has rebranded and the venue is now called Windows on Marquette.
