We kindly ask all guests to book their accommodations directly through Expedia, WestJet Vacations or any preferred vacation package site. Packages should include flights+stay. The packages for August 2026 will be released October 2025. We found that this is the best costing option for our guests. Please note, we are unable to guarantee availability for last-minute bookings, so we encourage you to secure your room early.

Once you have booked your preferred package please send the confirmation details as soon as possible to thenewlynelsons@gmail.com. This will allow us to let the hotel know that you're apart of our group. If you require assistance in booking your package please reach out.
