RSVP and rooms

PLEASE RSVP AND BOOK YOUR ROOM IN OUR BLOCK BY SEPTEMBER 1. Unfortunately, the venue has notified us if we have rooms not booked in our block on our wedding day, we will be charged for them. They require notification around a month prior to the weekend. We also need numbers for our wedding to complete the final touches on our special day. Thank you for everyone's understanding!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

As an established couple, we would like to request for guests not to purchase a wedding gift for us. Instead, please consider assisting in our honeymoon fund. However, this is not an expectation and your presence on our special day is a gift in itself.

Are there shuttles back to Pincher Creek from Waterton?

Answer

No. There are no prior arranged shuttles between ceremony and reception or back to Pincher Creek. A taxi service from Pincher Creek is an option but keep in mind, this is very expensive. Please arrange prior a designated driver or stay in Waterton. Choose not to drink and drive.

Tipping

Answer

As always, you are more than welcome to tip the venue or bartender at our reception. However, along with the fees, we have already paid a mandatory 30% gratuity to both the venue and the bartender.

Reception Meal

Answer

It has come to our attention that the wedding venue can no longer provided more than one protein for the buffet dinner. As most guests have chosen the prime rib, we have decided to serve the prime rib. We apologize to those guests who requested the chicken.
