When should I arrive?

Answer

We would recommend that you arrive in Bucaramanga, Colombia no later than December 28, 2025. We will be there 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding if you need anything.

How many days should I book the hotel for?

Answer

Just a quick note about accommodations: We’ve booked a lovely estate for all of our guests from December 30th until January 2nd. If you plan to arrive earlier, please just book your hotel for the dates you’ll be there. For example, if you arrive on the 27th, you would just book from the 27th to the 30th.

How will transportation be arranged for guests during the week of the wedding?

Answer

We’ll have transportation set up for all of our guests throughout the entire week, so you won’t have to worry about getting around!

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

If you’re arriving with a group, we’ll do our best to arrange transportation for you. If you’re traveling solo, taxis are conveniently available and cost around $10.

What events should I plan to attend?

Answer

Here is a small itinerary: 12/29: Welcome Dinner - Elegant wear. 12/30: Wedding Day - Black Tie. 12/31-1/1: New Years Celebration. 1/1: Go to Charlie and Martha’s House/See the mines - Wear long pants/leggings (Clothes you can get dusty in). 1/2: Go back to Bucaramanga. Some people will fly out this day. This will be a free day.

Can I bring a guest?

Our celebration is an intimate one, so we kindly ask that you check with the bride and groom first to confirm if we can accommodate an additional guest.

Can I extend my trip before or after the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! You are welcome to come earlier or stay longer if you’d like to make a vacation out of it. Just keep in mind that our planned wedding itinerary begins on the 29th and runs through the week of the wedding.
