Kick off the weekend with a cozy baked potato bar with plenty of hearty fixings, including all beef and vegetarian chilis, pulled pork, a southwestern chicken stew. Fresh baked cookies and apple crisp will be served for dessert.

This event is semi formal. Bring a warm jacket and good shoes.
We will provide blankets and hand warmers. There will also be an outdoor fire near the lodge.
Dinner & Reception

Semi formal
Dinner will be a buffet with Tuscan salmon, braised brisket, mashed potatoes, carrots and broccolini, Caesar salad, and sourdough focaccia. A gluten free and dairy free starch will be provided for those guests with dietary restrictions. The cake will be almond flavored with cream cheese icing.
After Party

Continue the party in the shared lodge – bust a move, shoot some pool, and hop in the hot tub. We will also provide late night snacks, including Beecher’s mac and cheese, nachos, and small deserts.
