2025

2025 was a big year. We are incredibly grateful for our safety and time together as a family. We are grateful for the work we share, our health and community, and most importantly your friendship and love. Gracie is in 1st grade. She loves animals and has been learning about their care in Junior Vets Club. She is excited to take home the class pets (a snake, a bearded dragon, and a rock) over spring break. Her parents are excited to give them back. She continues to love dragons and provide us with ample dragon art. She is now missing one tooth and reading The Last Firehawk series. Jonathan is never shy of participation. It has been fun seeing him run headfirst into learning in music, art, and gymnastics classes. He loves cars, helicopters, planes, and anything with an engine. He's a good "helper", he copies everything his sister does, and he loves reading big piles of books. We were able to visit Alaska, Texas, Kings Canyon, the Humboldt Redwoods, & Death Valley and we actually started work on the "yard"! The beginning of 2026 will be busy with work, but we look forward to getting back to adventuring in the summer. Thank you for being our family and friends. More photos are found on the gallery page.
