Yes, please! We'd love to hear from you. All RSVPs must be received by July 15th. If we haven't heard from you by that date, we'll assume your party won't be attending.
We’re going for semi-formal, so for the ladies think floor length cocktail dresses or jumpsuits, and for men think suits or dress pants with a nice button up shirt (a tie or jacket if you’re feeling fancy). Basically, dress up a bit, skip the black-tie, and wear something that makes you feel like celebrating with us! For the ladies we also kindly ask to avoid all dark colors if possible such as black, brown, gray and no white. We do however encourage soft pastel colors to keep the look light and romantic for men and women if possible! We'll be starting the ceremony promptly at 4:30pm. We'd be so grateful if you could arrive 15-30 minutes early to get settled and seated. We'd love nothing more than to see your smile (on time) when we walk down the aisle.
While we would love to have everyone, we're keeping things intimate and personal. We hope you'll understand that invitations are extended to only to those named including children. We truly can't wait to celebrate with you!
Our ceremony will be outside under a beautiful oak tree with a lovely reception to follow in a barn on site of the venue as well
We will be serving beer and wine throughout the evening for our guests to enjoy! Please note that liquor will not be available, as the venue requires special permits we will not be obtaining. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to raise a glass with you!
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so no phones or cameras, please! Our photographers have it covered, and we promise to share the gorgeous shots after. Just relax, be present, and enjoy the moment with us!
If you’d like! The bartenders will love your tips, and we’ll also have a “Honeymoon Fund” bucket to help get us to South Africa so Janelle can show off her new husband to the rest of her family. So if you’ve got a few extra dollars after tipping for cocktails, you just might be buying us our plane tickets or snacks too.
