Jennique is the bride's older sister and best friend. She currently resides in Charleston, South Carolina with her airman husband, Zachary Richter. Together they have two adorable dogs. Jennique works as a nurse at a local hospital. We are so grateful that Jennique will be making the long trip to celebrate our big day! She is loved by both the bride and groom.
Andrew Shearrow
Best Man
Andrew is the groom's younger brother and best friend. He currently resides in North Carolina (BOO) with his girlfriend, Emma Nowak (YAY). Both are dear friends of the bride and groom. We are so lucky to have them be a part of our day. You can expect a heartwarming speech from Andrew during dinner. Make sure you grab a tissue!

Jenna is the groom's older sister. She is a dear friend to both the bride and groom. This past year she married the love of her life, Dylan Guse, and moved to Osseo. In February the two welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world. We are thankful to have Jenna be a part of our day. Be sure to look for her sweet baby girl, Evie, as she makes her debut as a flower girl!

Dylan and Jenna married in July of 2020! Together they live in Osseo, WI with their daughter, Evie, dog, Callie, and cat, Hank. Both the bride and groom are grateful for Dylan and think he’s a wonderful addition to the family!
Izzy Hackel

Izzy has been one of the groom's closest friends since middle school. This year he will graduate from the University of Wisconsin--Stout with a degree in business. You may just see him open up a Chick-Fil-A in Eau Claire, WI, but for now he has a wonderful job in Rice Lake, WI. Izzy is the life of the party. Be sure to watch him bust a move on the dance floor! Ps. Ladies he is single!!!
Emma Nowak

Emma is dating the groom's brother, Andrew, and is a good friend of the bride. She resides in NC (BOO) with Andrew where she works for a real estate company. Both the bride and groom are very thankful to know Emma. She is always ready to partake in shenanigans with the bride and groom. She is a wonderful addition to the family. Be sure to look for her on the dance floor--if we're lucky she may even be wearing sunglasses.
Marc Hayton

Marc is a long time friend of the groom. They attended high school together. After high school Marc moved to Illinois where he continued his hockey career playing juniors and for Illinois State University. Go redbirds! He then married Nicholle in June of 2018 and moved to Cameron, WI (GO COMETS). The bride and groom love spending time with these two!

Nicholle is a long time friend to the groom and now a dear friend to the bride. Nicholle is the organizer of our friend group. If you want to know what the plan is just ask her! She is married to Marc and they reside in Cameron with their adorable foster daughter, two dogs, and guinea pig. Nicholle is a great friend and listener--really, she is a therapist. The bride and groom are so thankful for her friendship!

Zeb has been one of the groom's closest friends for many years. This past year he married the love of his life, Bre Hovde. Together they have their furbaby, Redford, and live in Cameron, WI. Zeb and Matt share many great memories including running cross country together their senior year.

Bre and Zeb just got married this past summer despite all of COVID’s obstacles! Together they live in Cameron with their sweet furbaby, Redford! Bre teaches at high school math in New Auburn and absolutely loves it! Bre has known Matt longer than the bride so she has some fun stories to share of all of their shenanigans.

Derek is a long time friend of the groom. They attended high school together and grew up only a couple of blocks away from each other. They have many fun memories together. Derek married the love of his life, Gilly, in December 2020. (You may know Derek from Drag's Pizza--the best pizza in northwestern WI) Derek and Gilly recently moved back to Rice Lake, WI with their furbabies, Roy--AKA Muffin and Lucy--AKA LuLu Bean. The bride and groom are very thankful for their friendship.

Gilly married Derek in December of 2020 in a beautiful winter wedding. Gilly has been a great addition to our friend group. She is so kind and caring, which may be why she chose to be a nurse. She currently works at Mayo Hospital in Eau Claire, WI. Gilly is also the dog mom of Roy--AKA Muffin and Lucy--AKA LuLu Bean. Both the bride and groom are very thankful for Gilly's friendship.
Seth Markgren

Seth is a good friend of the groom. They attended Rice Lake High School together. After graduating college from UW, Seth moved to Eau Claire where he met the love of his life, Lauren. (Had she come around sooner she most definitely would have been in the wedding. We love Lauren.) These two recently got engaged and are getting married in August of 2022! They also just purchased a home in Eau Claire, WI. Yay, Seth and Lauren!
Taylor Reetz

Taylor is the friend and co-worker of the bride. They work at the Eau Claire County Courthouse together. They have been friends for several years. You can be sure to see Taylor out on the dance floor. She always encourages the bride to be out going and have some fun. The bride is very grateful for Taylor's friendship.
Naomi Reed
Personal Attendant
Naomi has known the bride since elementary school in Cameron. In high school, Naomi and the bride ran the 4x800 relay together--Janelle (the slower runner) began and Naomi (the fastest runner) ended the relay...usually having to sprint to make up for Janelle's lack of speed--but hey, they competed in sectionals their junior year and won their heat! The bride and groom are thankful for Naomi's friendship. She is a girl of many trades. Not only can she save your life, but she can skin a deer and shoot a bow better than you can. Lucky for the bride and groom, Naomi is dating the groom's cousin, Luke, so she will be around forever. They recently bought their first home in Rice Lake.
Luke Fleming

Luke is a cousin of the groom and a great friend. Luke and the groom share many hobbies so they often spend a lot of time together. You can catch these two out in the field shooting geese, fishing the local lakes, or out bow fishing for carp and suckers! They have many stories to tell. Luke and Naomi have a sweet GSP, Molly, who loves play dates with her cousin, Ripley. Be sure to say "hi" to Luke at the wedding--you might even get to be ushered down the aisle by him!
