We met through mutual friends at a backyard BBQ, where we basically already knew each other because Jake already added me on snapchat before we met. A week later we met my best friend at her campground, I had nothing going on and Jake didn't either. We never really hung out since the BBQ, so why not take an hour drive together to get to know each other. :) On our way home we stopped at a pizza place that had karaoke, it wasn't long until Jake had to sneak in a kiss while enjoying some music, beer and pizza. Our first real date was a Detroit Tigers game and we bar hopped all the way home. Jake showed me his favorite hometown bars on the way. That night, he took me home, dropped me off, and we talked about how much fun we had. Jake said "I'll call you tomorrow" - but he didn't even have my phone number, just my SnapChat... I had to tell him " how are you going to call me, you don't have my number". So, I had to get his number from him. After that, we started a fun relationship full of golfing, lake days, walks in the park with Remington and late nights by the fire with a glass of wine; and here we are, planning our biggest day of our lives... Our Wedding.
