About 30 minutes away, this airport is the closest to the venue and hotels. BART runs from Oakland to Pleasanton making it the easiest option for public transportation. If you do rent a car, DO NOT FILL UP at gas stations near airport - it's a hot spot for auto thefts!

About 40 minutes to the venue and hotels, San Jose Airport (SJC) is another great and easy option. Just beware, during rush hour you're looking at over an hour away. This option is the easiest for renting a car as the rental locations are on-site.
