The welcome party is about a 10 minute drive from both of the hotels we've partnered with. We recommend ordering Ubers when you're wanting to commute throughout the city.
Shuttles will depart promptly at 3:30 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from the AC Hotel Guadalajara, Mexico. To ensure you don’t miss the ride, please plan to arrive at the hotel a little early. Return shuttles will bring guests back to the AC Hotel at 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM. When you RSVP, you’ll be asked if you and your group plan to use the shuttle service and, if so, which return time you prefer. While your response won’t lock you into a specific departure time, it will help us get a better idea of everyone’s preferences. We sincerely appreciate your input.
Yes! We would actually prefer everyone take the shuttle to and from our wedding. We want everyone to have fun and avoid worry about driving or coordinating transportation to the wedding as the venue is about 45 minutes from the city.
The dress code for the welcome party is semi-formal. The dress code for the wedding is formal. For the wedding, we kindly ask that all men wear a suit and tie and all women wear floor length dresses. A gentle reminder that the venue has a beautiful grassy lawn that can be soft at times. We would recommend guests avoid wearing stilettos.

Para no perderse el viaje, les pedimos que lleguen al hotel con un poco de antelación. Los autobuses de regreso llevarán a los huéspedes al AC Hotel a las 22:00 h y a la 1:00 h. Al confirmar su asistencia, se les preguntará si planean usar el servicio de transporte y, de ser así, qué hora prefieren regresar.
