What should we wear?

For visual inspiration: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Isi-yVqt2y7n-zIEr2cJ3U6jPhWuzTnm/view?usp=sharing We ask guests to wear spring/summer colors such as orange, yellow, pinks, etc. Men are allowed to wear black suits ideally with a brightly colored tie/bowtie. We also ask that you avoid wearing dark green. Officiants are expected to wear warm brown and the bridal party is expected to wear shades of dark green. Family members may optionally wear dark green as well.

Do we need to rent a car?

Answer

Transportation to and from the venue the day of the wedding will be provided for those staying at the recommended hotels. If the wedding is the primary activity you plan to attend, a car rental may not be necessary. If there are other activities you wish to do, site-seeing etc than a car is recommended.

Answer

Yes it is possible to stay in Washington DC, though not directly recommended. The venue is about 1hr 45 min drive from DC.
