We met in our high school indoor drumline! At the end of year tournament in Wildwood NJ, our mutual friends played matchmakers. We started dating that summer and the rest is history. We both went to Liberty University and enjoyed 3 years sharing the experience of college life. Tim graduates in May, and Janel has been working full time in Harleysville!

Over the years, we have spent lots of time outdoors! We look forward to fishing season every summer, especially catching the big fish in the Adirondacks, NY. Tim's personal best, was a 9lb, 26 inch catfish! We also love going on hikes! One of our favorites was the Pinnacle Loop, a part of the Appalachian Trail. Janel has developed a start up baking business the past 2 years, Simply Sweet Bakery. Tim has enjoyed tasting all that comes out of the kitchen, cakes, pies, cookies and so much more! We've also started a board game collection for our apartment, our favorite game is a Star Wars themed Monopoly!

It was the first night I arrived at the Adirondacks for a week long vacation with Tim's family. Tim surprised me with dinner plans for the two of us at the Woods Inn. We enjoyed a delicious meal overlooking the lake! After dinner, we went back to the cabin, Tim walked me out to the lean-to and I found it decorated with hanging lights, a bouquet of flowers, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and so many other treats! He asked, and I couldn't wait to say yes!
