Question

When’s the deadline of RSVP?

Answer

July 31st, 2024. *Deposit due for group vacation package ~ Sept. 10th, 2024 Final payment due for group vacation package ~ Nov. 10th, 2024

Question

Do we have to book with travel agent?

Answer

Yes! In order to receive exclusive rates and to be included in wedding festivities, vacation packages / room accommodations only options must be booked through agency, Kimberly Machan (kim@essenceofromancetravel.com) You can however, get flights your own or compare other package deals if dates we have under group booking doesn't fit to your schedule. Please remember to book min. 3 nights at the same resort (18th~21st) via Kimberly Machan, our travel agent to avoid any non-group booking fee.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for the entirety of the cocktail hour and reception! Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres is an all-inclusive resort and guests should not be spending money on drinks unless they feel the need to tip the bartender.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love for you to have a cushion of comfort. However, if you don't see + 1 or their name(s) on the RSVP page, please discuss with Bride or Groom first.

What if I am not staying at the resort?

Answer

For guests who are not staying at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, you will need to purchase a wedding day pass which costs $230 CAD per person. The Pass is valid from 30 minutes before the ceremony until the end of the wedding reception. (up to 5 hours) * However, it cannot be used for Welcome party. Please check with Bride/Groom first.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be outdoors. The wedding will be during sunset and our reception will be at sunset/night. Please keep this in mind for when you dress! Bare feet and sandals are highly encouraged.

Question

Can I take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

No for the ceremony. The bride and groom have the coolest photographer, and they are paying her to do the hard work :) We would, however, love for you to take photos and share them for the reception.

Question

What to do if I cannot make it?

Answer

We completely understand! It is our sincerest hopes that no one feels guilty or obligated to come. You will be met with total understanding and love from the both of us. If you cannot make it, please let us know via our RSVP. If you cannot make it but with to celebrate our union with a gift, please check Registry :)
