While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We have made a few exceptions for immediate family and older children who will be specifically included on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.
Formal attire requested. Suits and tuxedos are welcome for gentlemen, and cocktail dresses, floor-length gowns, or formal separates are appropriate for ladies. Please no jeans or casual wear. Parking is conveniently available at and near the venue. We encourage guests to consider rideshare options, carpooling, or arranging a designated driver to ensure everyone gets home safely.
Free shuttle service will be provided between The Fordson Hotel and the Civic Center Music Hall. Shuttles will depart from The Fordson Hotel between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM prior to the wedding ceremony—please meet in the hotel lobby during this time to board. At the end of the night, return shuttles will run from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM from the Civic Center Music Hall. Please meet outside the venue for pickup, as shuttles will be running continuously during that hour.
Guests are encouraged to arrive 12–20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow time for seating and to get settled before the ceremony begins.
We feel incredibly lucky to celebrate with the people we love most. Since we’re limited on space in New York, we’re not creating a traditional registry. If you’d like to gift something, contributions toward our honeymoon in Europe or a gift card would be deeply appreciated!

Yes. The Civic Center Music Hall has elevators and ramps available for guests who need assistance. These can be used to access the building and reach the second floor comfortably. If you need help upon arrival, staff will also be available to direct you.
