***TRAVEL UPDATE*** We have reserved a shuttle service for guests staying at our hotels who have indicated a need for transportation. The shuttle bus will pick up guests from BOTH hotels, starting at 3:40pm on Saturday, October 4th. Guests are welcome to wait for the bus in the lobby, and the driver will announce when they are ready to load the shuttle. Please ensure to arrive promptly, as the shuttle will only make one trip from the hotels to the venue ahead of the ceremony. The shuttle will also drive guests back to their hotels at the end of the wedding reception. Departure is scheduled for 10:30pm from Pinehill Pavilion. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Please be mindful that our wedding venue is in a rural setting. Ride share services may not be reliable at the end of our reception. We have reserved a block of rooms at the two hotels listed below.
