April 10th. Sooner if you want Charis to be successful during finals.
At least 10 minutes before we begin and as early as 45 minutes. Please do not be late. Anyone who has ever gone to a wedding with Charis knows there's no messing around when it comes to getting there early enough to snag a spot close to the aisle!
The wedding (mass & reception) is black tie optional. This mean suits or tuxedos for men and long dresses for women. We desire for the formal, celebratory nature of the commitment of marriage to be reflected in our attire and that of those who come rejoice with us.
If you have a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation (i.e. Jane Doe and guest).
Yes! Marriage is the creation of a new family, and it would be a delight for us to have lots of little ones on the dance floor at our wedding! If for some reason your children are not listed on your invitation and/or the RSVP and you would like to bring them, please reach out to us ASAP, so we can make sure there is space for them. Likewise, if your children are expressly invited but you would prefer a weekend away, just be sure your RSVP reflects that. Please note that a Catholic wedding mass averages an hour and a half, and that may be tiring to some. Your know your children best, and we would be delighted to have them if you want to bring them!
Yes! We will have a vegetarian option available. Please note that all food (excluding the wedding cake!) will be gluten and dairy free.
The wedding welcome party and reception will be held at the Grand Galvez Hotel where we will have a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate and look forward to a weekend spent close to our dearest friends and family (you!).
Nope. You got it.
Yep.
Outside of all the hullabaloo listed on the schedule tab, there will probably be extensive loitering, talking, drinking, and laughing in the vicinity of the hotel bar. We hope you'll join.
