Kindly RSVP before July 6th, 2026. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you to still let us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as “not attending.” The reason being is that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner.
Dress to impress! We will have a photographer capturing the day, which will include formal family photos. We understand it will likely be hot in N.H. for our mid-August wedding. With this in mind, guests are welcome to wear dress clothing that is temperature considerate. Men, please consider wearing close toed shoes, dress pants, and a tie. Ladies consider a heeled shoe that can navigate common outdoor surfaces, like grass, pea stone, and granite pavers.
Yes, there will be restroom accommodations inside the main barn.
Yes! For our guests who prefer to drive, parking will be available. Guests are welcome to park on-site. However, cars cannot be parked overnight; all vehicles must be off the property by 10 PM. If you are consuming alcohol, please secure safe transportation for the evening as there is no shuttle provided.
Yes, alcohol will be serviced by a husband-and-wife bartending team, Patti and Dana. We will have a selection of wine and beer, along with 2 signature cocktails. Last call for drinks will be at 8:30pm.
We understand that some of our guests have children; however, children outside of the wedding party are not included in the guest list.
No! This is a temperature-controlled venue. However, we plan to have an outdoor ceremony. We will provide hand-held umbrellas for comfort and convenance. If there is rain or oppressive heat, the ceremony will take place indoors.
No problem! Let us know, as soon as possible, if you have a dietary restriction and/or allergies. Please contact the Mother-of-the-Bride, Kari Bivona, at 603-498-2579. We will coordinate your needs with our caterer. Of note, we are serving food buffet style. Each dish will have a serving utensil, and cross contamination will be considered, but not guaranteed.
Go ahead! We do ask that our guests silence and put their phones away for the 30 min ceremony.
Yes! Please note that August is still high season in NH. With this, reservations should be made in advance to ensure accommodation.
Yes! If you plan to take a highway or major road to the venue, day of, note you will need to build in extra travel time to accommodate for potential summer traffic delays.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to the Haupt's home in Cumberland, RI (20 Woodcrest Drive, Cumberland, RI 02864). A card basket will be at our reception.
